We think setting up, 'growing' or running an independent small enterprise can be amazingly rewarding and enriching (we mean that literally too!). People Tree's business vision for growth has always been based on joining hands with others who share our urge to create, conserve, communicate and celebrate (and still retain a head for accounts)!

So who can be a People Tree partner?

Just about anyone who enjoys the idea of dealing with beautiful, hand-crafted things! Obviously, if you already have experience selling things like that, or run your own business, you are ideally positioned to work with us. However, we welcome first-timers who are starting to set up something of their own – and in fact, try and go the extra mile for them.

Currently, most of our partners are people who run their own wholesale, retail or part-time, home-based crafts, fashion or specialist books businesses in various parts of the world. Some of them place orders with People Tree regularly, and some infrequently. For us, each one represents an important and valued ongoing relationship.

Custom-designed products for partners

Whether as an established entrepreneur or as one about to happen, you probably have a lot of interesting creative ideas of your own. People Tree, being a design house, can actually help realise some of them. We have always been happy to collaborate with our partners to design and produce exclusive T-shirts, garments, accessories, jewellery or stationery custom-made to their requirements and markets. Working on your concepts can be educative and exciting for us, too. (Naturally, custom-orders need to be negotiated well in advance , keeping in mind the different techniques and materials to be used, and the timeframes involved in the hand-work. We generally do not accept custom requests for the very first order from a partner.)

To sum it up, we are open and flexible in our approach, and our proposition to you is simple:

You place a total order worth a minimum of $900 from any/every section of our product and book catalogue.
(Remember you are eligible to over 50% discount on every item on your order list, as a partner. That means you will actually invest less than $450.)
We get back to you with an invoice detailing your discounted order.
On receipt of your payment in our bank, we supply your order, normally within four weeks.
We advertise you on our website, and through our mailing lists, free.
